Forms for Small Claims are available in the Clerk's Office, Ste 5
located in the courthouse. You may also obtain forms from the
Judicial Council web site, http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/selfhelp/.
The filing fees are listed on the courts fee schedule. You can reach the
fee schedule by clicking on "fees" on the left of this screen.
A Small Claims Advisor is available to assist with questions regarding the
Small Claims process. Small Claims Advisor information can be obtained by
clicking "Small Claims Advisor" on the left of this screen.
